GENERAL INFO
- Street Fighter IV takes place in between Street Fighter II and Street Fighter III (like Alpha takes place between SF and SFII).
- The game has a 3D approach but retains it's 2D gameplay, coind '2.5D'. - According to EGM, the version they were shown runs at a constant 60 frames per second. - Console version will include 'Dan' and 'Fei-Long'. - Other characters from Alpha and SFIII can return as well but the former 2 are the only ones confirmed. - Cammy was the winner of the SF.com poll of who fans would like included in the Console version. - 'Parry System' of SFIII is gone but is replaced with the 'Saving/Focus System'. - The 'Saving/Focus System' will allow you to absorb an opponent's attack and counter afterwards. - The counterattack's power can be varied (depending on the time you hold the M. Punch and Kick buttons). - You can cancel your Super moves at the cost of half of your Super Meter to perform a 'Saving/Focus' attack. - Ultra Combos will be cinematic and will be one of the only times the camera changes views. - The Ultra Meter charges when you take damage (opposite of the Super where you charge by dealing damage).

From SFIII, I don't know who has the best chances of being included in SFIV. I'd imagine though they'd throw Sakura in somewhere for the console versions.

At least my girl chun li is in there! Btw is it me or does it look like ryu has like uber big muscles? Really really big, so big it looks like his shoulders are connected to his neck, hope they announce some more things! Ill miss the parry system...
